Delivery Gateway connects your webshop with carriers. The delivery itself is done by the carrier, under your own contract with them.
What you arrange with the carrier
You sign the contract with the carrier, or with Pactic if you ship through Pactic.
The carrier gives you the shipping prices and the API credentials you enter in Delivery Gateway.
Claims about lost or damaged parcels go to the carrier.
