Understanding Our Plans
Our plans are billed monthly by default, but you can switch to an annual plan to save on costs. All plans include unlimited pickup points
Free Plan: Our Free plan is perfect for new businesses, offering up to 40 orders per month at no cost. Once you reach the order limit, app functionality will be paused until you upgrade to a paid plan.
Basic Plan: For growing businesses, the Basic plan provides up to 140 orders per month. Overuse fees apply for orders exceeding this limit. This plan also includes enhanced chat support.
Pricing: 19 EUR / month or 180 EUR / year (21% discount)
Professional Plan: The Professional plan is designed for established businesses, with a higher order limit of 400 orders per month. It comes with enhanced chat support and reduced overuse fees.
Pricing: 35 EUR / month or 336 EUR / year (20% discount)
Premium Plan: Our Premium plan is for high-volume stores, offering up to 1,000 orders per month. It features the lowest overuse fees and includes priority chat support to ensure you get help quickly.
Pricing: 69 EUR / month or 650 EUR / year (21% discount)
Enterprise Solutions
For businesses with specific needs or extremely high volumes, we offer custom-made, usage-based pricing. The Enterprise plan has no order limits and comes with a dedicated Customer Success Manager to provide personalized support and a customized solution. Billing and Overuse
Monthly Billing: All plans are billed on a monthly basis. You can track your monthly usage directly from the app's dashboard.
Annual Billing: You can switch to an annual billing cycle at any time to receive a discounted rate.
Overuse Fees: If you exceed your plan's order limit, an overuse fee will be applied for each additional order. These fees are detailed on your plan's page.
