What are the supported platforms?

Shopify and custom made e-commerce stores can already use the Delivery Gateway service. We are working to make it available on more and more platforms.

Do I need to have a contract with the courier companies I want to integrate?

Yes your ID's will be needed for the initial setup. However we want to make this process even more simple for our customers.

Will the range of available courier companies expand?

Yes, we are continuously working on it.

Is this solution compatible with fulfillment companies' systems?

Yes, Webshippy integration is already available. If you need another fulfillment provider, please contact us!

How does the service integrate into my checkout process?

On the Shopify platform, when installing our application, you can specify exactly where the parcel point / home delivery selector should appear in the shopping process. This can be placed on the cart page or on an intermediate page between the cart and the payment page. No programming knowledge is required for the setup.

In the case of a custom-developed system, this depends only on you. Our system is built with an “api first” approach, so you can easily customize all settings.

Don't worry, depending on the platform, this added feature will not cause slowdowns or any other unexpected side effects in the operating systems and processes.

How can I try the service?

We are preparing a few steps online process that will allow you to try out our service without any manual contribution.
In the meantime, please apply via our chat solution. We will contact you, discuss your needs, complete the initial setup, and hand over the system.

Are there any obligations after using the free plan?

Of course not.

Is there a connection fee or any extra charges other than those listed in the pricing section?

There are no extra costs. If someone chooses the annual subscription, they can even save about two monthly fees per year.

How can I edit my settings, carriers, pickup points, etc.?

Our admin interface is at your disposal, where you can set up available carriers, track your orders, or print labels in one place. In addition, you will find many other useful functions here.

How can I print labels?

Shopify

1. Go to the orders menu.

2. Select the orders you want to print labels for.

3. Click the "Create shipping labels" button

4. Save and print the generated labels.

Custom made e-commerce stores

1. Go to the Shipments menu within the Delivery Gateway admin interface.

2. Go to the relevant order details.

3. Scroll down to find the "Download label" button in the Parcels section.

4. Press the button to download and print the label.

Can I customize the label size?

Not yet, but we are working on adding this feature as soon as possible. Currently, you can print the label in A6 size.

What paper can I print the label on?

Printing works on traditional paper.

How can I print a return label?

1. Go to the shipments menu in the Delivery Gateway admin interface.

2. Find the order for which you would like to create a return label.

3. Click on the "Return" option and create the return shipment.

4. After creating the shipment, you can generate the associated return label.

How can I customize the appearance?

1. In the Delivery Gateway admin interface, go to the Themes menu.

2. Create a new theme using the New theme button.

3. Name the theme and set it to active if you want to use it immediately.

4. Set the following parameters:

- brand color

- widget element rounding (square/rounded)

- button rounding (full, default, square)

- font name

5. Save the settings, which will take effect immediately.

Can I edit the personal pickup/home delivery wording?

Of course. Go to the "Merchant" menu, where you can change the wording for both home delivery and personal pickup.

How can I display pickup prices in the map widget filter?

Go to Pricing and click on New pricing. You will then need to enter the prices for each shipping option and carrier.

We are working on automatically syncing this from the Shopify admin for Shopify-based stores.

I have a Shopify store. Can I add your widget to the checkout page?

Only if you have a Plus subscription.

For our customers with such a subscription, a checkout-ready version of Delivery Gateway is available, which provides the same features as the cart-ready version.

How many courier companies can be integrated?

Delivery Gateway does not limit the number of active courier companies. It is up to you which ones you want to make available from our system.
